CoC stands for Chain of Command. Onboard the USS Raider this represents a character's rank and time that they have held their current rank (for example if two Lieutenants were on the ship, the Lieutenant who has held the rank longer will be higher on the CoC than the other Lieutenant). The CoC runs first through all Commissioned officers, then warrant officers, then finally the enlisted ranks.
